He acted very professionally in helping my family to obtain Letters of Administration of my late father’s estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have appointed YLC to apply the Letters of Administration for my father estate in Malaysia.
As this is the first time I have to sort out the administration of estate of my closed one, I was frustrated and nerve when I was informed by my friend about the legal procures that I will involve in applying the LA, settling all outstanding debts of my father and the transmission stuffs.
I feel very thankful that I have met YLC and deeply appreciate the law firm’s efforts in helping me to sort out all the issues, including the negotiation with the banker as the bank have entered a legal caveat against my father’s estate to stop me to get the LA (this is the first time I got to know that they are able to do!!)
Luckily all the issues have been sorted out with the professional helps from YLC. I am deeply in debt for their assistance and the excellent services provided. Would like to recommend it to anyone who seeks to find a good and trustworthy lawyer in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 months ago, I was helping my younger sister to look for a divorce lawyer in JB, and I get to know YLC through their website.
I am very impressed with how fast the law firm has possessed the divorce matter as I was told by my younger sister that her divorce application has been scheduled for hearing at the end of this month.
Hence, I am here to leave my review. Would definitely choose YLC for any other legal matters in the future. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The current omicron wave that surging in Malaysia made me realise that this pandemic is not going to end any time soon.
Due to this, it occurred to me that one needs to have a will just in case the most unfortunate has happened.
I was recommended to YLC by a good friend of mine, and I am indeed very satisfied with the legal services provided.
The lawyer in charge, Mr. Yeo not only has advised me on the estate laws that applicable, but he also made good recommendations to me as to how my properties should be distributed so that my beneficiaries won’t face any hustle when inheriting my properties in the future.
Hence, here I leave my 5 five stars review. You deserve it ?

Before I appointed YLC in this matter, the lawyer in charge has given me a very detailed fee quote as to the total costs I would incur in this matter. This is very thoughtful as it enables me to plan my cash flow accordingly.
Further, I was also kept being informed of the status of the matter when the case progressed. In the end, my matter has been completed within a short period with no extra fee needed to be paid.
Overall I am very satisfied with their service with a score of 10/10. I will appoint them for another conveyancing matter with the trust that they will get my next matter done as well. ?

During the meeting, the lawyer in charge had patiently listened to me so to make sure what I want is put in the employment agreement.
He also informed me the recently development of the Malaysian’s employment laws and advising me what to do and what not to do when managing worker’s affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly give a review but this time, I must give a 5 stars review to YLC for the service provided.
I had previously engaged different law firms to help me to resolve my matrimonial dispute with my ex-spouse. Usually, they would just collect legal fees, without really caring what I want or actively push the matter forward. For every issue, they would just ask me to discuss it personally with my ex-spouse (knowing that the relationship was really bad now) and nothing good can come out of it.
Through recommendation from my friend, I get to know Mr Yeo, the lawyer from YLC. He acted very professionally by proposing several practical options and was actively involved when I am negotiating with my husband.
And finally, the matter is now peacefully resolved this month and a Joint Petition has been filed =)
I have to say that without their help, I would still be struggling in this depressing relationship. Thanks for the work done and I wish the law firm strive for further success in the year 2022.
