★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Nurul. She walked me through the whole process of signing up with Yes, also answering to all my questions patiently. Just hoping that their internet is better than Celcom prepaid. If it's better, confirm will switch to YES & bye to Celcom.
Update after 1 day using:
I stay at Ulu Tiram area, and Yes works fine for me. Most of the time showing 3 to 4 line bars. I am glad my friend refer me to Yes.
Update after 3 weeks using Yes:
Came to realized that their coverage is quite bad. I can't get any signal in malls, and a lot of other places, after leaving my house. As you can see in my pics, basically there's no connection for my YES sim card. So I ll still need to stick with both Celcom & Yes for the time being. Until my house wifi (Unifi) set up, I ll have to discontinue Yes.
For the great service from Nurul, and the price of RM54/month for 100GB, I ll still give them a 4 stars rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor customer service. instead of staff reaching out to us. i had to approach them at the first place. once i entered the facilities there were no one assisting me i had to find my own way. i’m being alienated. they should do something abt it. never going back as the plan provider is also not convenient to others. not going to repeat yes at any cost.
