★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all Proton car onwer bear in mind you are bind by an obligation or cause to be indebted an activity involved in maintaining in good working order your vehicle , make relevant relation or interconnection with proton service penal vendor for your warranty to be relevant , bear in mind do not varied on your car service date , be punctual service your car exactly at the time appionted & don't be late a written assurance that some product/part or service will be provided or meet certain term & condition to entitle to it's warranty parts , recently my proton iriz which is 3 years and the power windscreen broke and to my amusement it's out of warranty because its on its third year and i service my car only 99% therefore i am not entitle to warranty , so i ask vendor since my car is out of warranty so i don't have to visit proton service penal centre correct , vendor say trust me , we advise you to keep servicing youř proton iriz at proton service outlet , vendor say got one case customer car gearbox faulty at 4th year , his car 99% service at proto service outlet , finally proton approve his claim , meaning that if you continue your service record , it's possible to get claim next time but if you discontinue to send in service , it's 100% no chances to get any claim ,this is my advised got chances to get claim but no promise , Thanks vendor yes car care center s/b , i am having a probability too low to inspire or belief in what's been said , i view with suspicion lost faith and confidence in their trust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know . I come here often because I live around here , drive a proton , don’t know any other workshop and I wanted to go to an official Center so that I won’t have to worry about hanky panky in the charged or the workmanship .
I can’t say I have any complains about the workmanship , but I can’t say that i think it is all that great , as in I don’t really notice that much of a difference in the driving experience before and after, nor can I say I find their views and recommendations about my car that helpful, nor can I say I am free of the suspicion that I got a little “squeezed” on account of my ignorance about what is happenening when they work my car , and I can’t say that I find the price is great - i find it to be above average as a matter of fact .
I will say you should go to this Center if you don’t know any other better workshop to go to.
If you know any other better workshop around puchong , do drop me a note , because I am looking for one too . ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite people but they changed my key to an older one that stopped working, so now i'm using a spare but i'm not going back to fight them on that. Every time i service with them, my car seems to work a bit less even though many parts get changed each time. For a car less than 3 years old and still under warranty, quite amazing...
You can go, but stay and look at everything they do.... Firmly say you just want this problem solved and nothing else.
