You're given a beeper to let you know when your coffee is ready for pick-up.
You may sit at the dining areas of the food court, or sit at the coffee stand (limited seats).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does size matter? When it comes to coffee apparently not. Some would say the smaller the better. Innuendos aside, yewyew in 1U hands down serves the best coffee in that monstrosity of a shopping centre.
Does it matter that it's located in a food court? I think not - you can still do whatever you do in coffee shops in a food court. The plus is that you can get some egg fried rice while you're sipping a kicker of a coffee.
