★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That day when doing installation, early morning my hubby switch on the beside gate light is still function, but after installation, we switch on again is totally NOT FUNCTION at all, the uncle keep saying is not his fault, he just doing the gate, light not function is not his problem, im SHOCK when he said so to me, as a customer service, he FAIL!! What kind of response??? Then never mind, i keep dont want to pay the balance, till then he said he will come back and help me check then wire of the light, then i just feel ok then i paid the balance, but im SUPER REGRET cz after that he keep delay me!! Promise Sunday come and help me check then in the end he said he need to go KL, cant help, im super angry and how can be like that? Promise customer aldy then放飞机？then what he response me is “老板娘，这个不是我需要负责任的叻，我现在只是帮你叻，帮你还要被你诬赖” okay in this point, i totally not agree!! I had change the bulb but still not function, all along no problem but after he installed the gate just spoil, CONFIRM is when he drill, effect my wire of the light, i never 诬赖people的，in this case u still said u no need responsibility?? So is my fault lah?? The uncle said until is i beg him help me, but PLEASE! U dont want to help is fine, ill just voice out what i had met!! For those who want to book this Yi Jin, take ur risk!! Cz anythings happen, he wont responsibility, he will just settle ur gate then DONE!
