The mechanics are truly professional and very helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ If you are staying in Bukit Mertajam, and your car air cond has issue, this shop is definitely your first choice. The boss, Mr. Ng and staffs are friendly and professional. I went there initially due to my Vios air cond is not as cold as it should be, compare to after a service done 3-4 years back in SC.
They perform a basic inspection for my car to check any leaking, as a detail checking need more time and I had something else to do on that day. Refrigerant refill is done as noted there is slightly insufficient of refrigerant, and I was told to monitor further. Mr. Ng even reminds me not to on the air cond when driving if noted the air cond is not cool, to prevent more catastrophic damage to the system. They answer my inquiry on car air cond professionally, and explain to me patiently.
The second time I went is noted there is some weird vibration noise when air cond compressor kicks in on one morning. Send the car to them again for inspection and the staff helps me to tie up the low pressure hose with some hose as protector due to the original clip already broken and there is metal to metal contact. When I was about to make payment, I was told that it is just a small matter and no payment needed. It is very hard to find such a honest and professional workshop nowadays.

โ โ โ โ โ Professional service with reasonable price. Before service my aircond wind power and temperature is almost half as cold as after service. The foreman all are professional and explain the details for me. Future any problem on aircond will definitely sent to the workshop. 100 percent satisfy with the service and now my car aircond is same as 5 years back when I purchase the car. Hahaha.
