★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever use this company..paid them to rectify gutter problem but still didn't solve problem.. called them to come back but just ignored my calls n msgs..had to call another roofer to get things done(which wasnt the problem they told me in the first place)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most irresponsible contractor. He came to check leaking issue, but ended up destroying the solid food floor which doesn't have any pipe below. His workers then run away and the boss reply like gangster and threaten the customer. Am surprised conman can survive so long in this line of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fixed my roof top leaking problem but cause another side of roof top leaking. Ask them come back and they act fast and come fix twice. But the problem still there and become more worst. Call them come again and they start play "tai ji". Worker outstation lar, wait come back will come fix for me. Then end up worker and boss both read message but didn't reply. No come at all. Really fed up with this construction company. Told me got 2 year warranty but the after sales service is so lousy. Really not recommend this construction company.

When we called this no 013-663228 who is the owner many times for the outcome because it’s still leaking, he blocked our call. We paid him the full payment, we as a customer complained, what happened at the end is that we get scolded by him. This guy is very rude. Very irresponsible. Never never take this contractor. You will regret....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fail company. Recommended water proofing to solve water leakage to house but eventually solve nothing and turn out cause more damage. I have to spend a fortune to solve the problems (poor quality & value). They always blame people other than themselves for the issues after works done by them (rude & unprofessional). Likely, this company no longer exist because of the bad reputation. The new company is K&S Specialist Waterproofing. You can find them in Facebook full of good review but it's understood cause the reviews can be given by close family and friends. The following are their numbers: 0113186081Three, 0116183003Two and 0115175586Two. Kept diverting calls (Not responsive & not on time). The boss name if not mistaken is Ong Hian Giap with this phone number 013378656Zero. Not surprised if the new company close down cause new one will be setup to continue rip profit for unsuspected good citizen of Malaysian. Just take note if the person offer water proofing solution you know once you agree to pay for their service it is the end of the world for you. This solution probably only work if you're doing full water proofing to your rooftop but still many in the same industry commented that once there is a crack water will still leak and that will be even more damaging cause it's going to be concentrated at one area and water keep pouring into your house. Overall thump down to the solution they proposed. Furthermore, keep charging whenever asked them to come back and fix the problem that was not solved from the beginning!!!!
