a.Not on time as per scheduling, keep delaying without informing early.
b.Unprofessional act – littering, disposing trash on the roof during servicing, no cleaning up.
c.Service 3 units, 2 of the main connector covers were missing (see photo), call them up about this, they didn’t really bother and follow up, no action at all, very bad post service.
d.The owner over-charged (RM80 ) me just for the change of a small copper nut (see photo) replacement, I found out this thing only cost around RM5-RM10 market price. Total rip-off this from owner.
My advice is to stay away from this owner, take it at your own risk.
