★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YMCA cafeteria offers delicious local food at affordable prices. It offers a variety of menu packages for small families (2 to 5 people) and large gatherings (6 people and above). We ordered 6-dish package for 8 people at less than RM100. Air-conditioned and located near the main road, this place is well-loved by locals and value for money.

Suitable for travellers with budgeted funds to stay in and having fulfilling meal without the trouble of looking elsewhere. The restaurant specialises shark meat dishes which is highly recommended with reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a good deal by making reservations in Agoda through Shopback application. Clean and spacy room. A good view too. There's water heater in the bathroom, cabinets and towels. Thermos flask also given. There's water dispenser nearby room (outside). Located just 5 minutes (by car) from the Ipoh Hospital. Friendly services.
