A good place to start off and expand your yoga practices if you are looking for authentic teaching.

Ms Eva is a delightful, warmth, friendly and thoughtful yoga instructor. I always leave her classes both relaxed and full of positive energy. I highly recommend Yogasanaz to anyone who’s looking to learn and practice yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone my name is Vimalan a/l Mogan.Now I am going to tell about the benefits I get from attending yoga class.One of the benefit is my body gets flexible and I managed to twist my body and net a goal.Last time I hate football until my friends tease me.Now everyone wants me to play in their team.Before this I was weak at sports and studies.But yoga boosted my mind until I active in studies and sports.One of the example of my experience is last time I felt worried I can't score a goal.But after attending yoga class I managed to net 14 goals in 3 week at my campus field.So plss attend yoga class if u can.If u don't want to do so then do yoga yourself.Tq to my parents and my yoga teacher.

Eva is a excellent instructor with commendable knowledge in yoga and well-being. She is a pure and nice soul that I consider very lucky to have met. The teacher at Yogasanaz also helped me a lot to overcome it. I am glad I join the classes at Yogasanaz. A big thank you to the Dr and especially to the teacher. ???

I feel lost and upset till I found my inner peace here, meditation made my mind calm. Because yoga brings awareness to our inner body sensations, it reflects what's happening in our mind. My Master especially , she is wonderful soul , beautiful from her inner and outer , she train each and everyone to be own teacher, she want all her student teach and spread yoga to everyone. The Centre YOGASANAZ which situated at Ipoh Perak Purely Traditional Yoga, am so proud to be part of YOGASANAZ. Love and peace ❤️?
