★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and no manners staff, I understand u might gone through a bad day but u shouldn't treat other customers as if they owe u something.
Ordered a small cup, she replied impatiently "big cup only, no small."
Wanted to pay with debit card, she said "cash or ewallet only."
Without even looking at us, without a smile. u can say it nicely.
Even when my drink is done, the other staff just place it on a table without saying anything or showing signs that this is my drink, even i was just standing right in front of the counter.
This is not what customer service is like. I don't know u and I'm being nice although I don't expect to be treated very nicely back but at least show some common manners.
