★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a car there for flood insurance claim in November 2019 untill now already March 2020 still haven't settled yet. Slow response and slow service. Edited: Got the car back on Sept 2020, change my review star from 3 stars to 1 stars due to when i picked up my car their customer relations is bad, ask for list of item changed they didn't give, check my car when i got it home apparently they broke few clips at the engine part, missing some screws and they didn't even replace the block head gasket, engine oil was leaking like bad. Change my insurance company since then.
