Not visiting and not recommending.

โ โ โ โ โ See dr. Yong twice on my ear buzzing problem. He maintains nothing wrong and charge me rm150 per visit. Given me some tablets n said 90% can cure. Until today, i still suffer the buzzing sound. Lousy doctor, will never recommend him to my friends.
See him again for 2nd time prescibe me with steriods, n mentioned can cure 90 percent but problem still persists. Worst doctor i ever seen.

โ โ โ โ โ 4star for solved problem and good meds given. Im just accompany my friend who had a blocked ear. Been charge RM170 for sucking blocked ear wax. And extra meds after treatment. My friend said the meds given have more effect compared to gov hospital meds..They close during lunch hour. Open at 2.30pm

โ โ โ โ โ Visited this specialist clinic at 7/11 due to the blocked left ear. Doctor unable to remove the ear wax as it is too hard. Thus, appointment is fixed on next Monday (11/11). I have been charged RM120 for that visit (with a bottle of ear drop). During the appointment day, i arrived there about 3.30pm. However, i was asked to leave during the registration. The staff claimed that there is too many patients. I answered politely that i have fixed the appointment with doctor and i able to wait for the treatment. I even requested the staff to let doctor know my current situation as my ear is quite painful. The staff never seek for doctor's opinion and straight away rejected my request. The staff asked me to come again on the following day. I really feel sad and disappointed as the staff never consider patient's feeling. I will not visit to this clinic anymore!!

โ โ โ โ โ Very unhelpful doctor. All he did was take a 5 second look into my daughters ear and said everything is fine. Prescribed ear drops and some other useless meds. That exchange cost me $150. Had no solid answers to any of my questions.
Fast forward weeks later, we discovered a hole in daughters ear drum. So, not only was he lackadaisical, it is down right dangerous.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst clinic ever. Visit this clinic if you wanna waste your money. He prescribed antibiotic to my 2 and a half kid saying that she have infection. Prescribed antibiotic without even checking her weight. I was a bit sketical about the diagnosis, took her to another ENT and her regular peads Dr, both say no infection, everything was normal

โ โ โ โ โ been here for 2 times already, the doctor was nice and polite, clean my ear gently and always say sorry-sorry if it hurts me ? even the people at reception was ok.
