โ โ โ โ โ I get to know Ms Tan Yun Yi via a friend's recommendation and I am truly satisfied with her professionalism and her dedication in this a rather complicated field to me. I engaged her to be my lawyer to take charge of my first house's legal matters. She explained to me all the "alien" words in each contract (many contracts to sign) to my understanding level and never got tired to repeat them. She also acted as the mediator between myself and my vendor for the whole process. To be honest, the whole process was tougher than I had imagined especially when it involved not only the seller and the buyer but the bankers and so on ( all came with different character). She is very calm and knowledgeable and the entire progress was smooth and settled ahead estimated timeline! Highly recommended!
