Their products was really nice especially their sourdough bundle was really worth it. and the kaya was really taste good full of pumpkin taste on it. And their customer service was really good too, always will follow up to ensure we had received good on good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love breads from Yookybites especially their walnut adzuki bun. I thought it wont taste good as it is healthy ingredients. But i was wrong, it taste insanely good and really high quality. I would say, their goods is healthy but YUMMY. Love it! Highly recommended!

I ordered some bread and the 3 cheesecake bundle using the same day delivery option and was so excited to try it out, but my order arrived very late and the cakes were in bad condition. Fortunately, customer service checked in with me about my delivery. When I told them the cakes arrived in bad condition, they immediately apologised and sent me a new bag of replacement cakes!! Everything was very delicious. Will definitely order from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reply to seller, i have check the email i receive after place order, is just a long code payment confirmation transaction number. The email don't indicate any order number. I have provide the date and mention the item in my order have bread, cake and also out of stock item. You can check how many order of that day have out of stock item and also i have feedback to you guys when the cake reach in melt and upside down condition and also i did feedback when taste the cake it is sour and have awaful smelly smell just you never bother about it and also not even apologise. Or on that particular day you have lots of out of stock order and also smelly sour cake complain so you unable to figure it out? Really very bad experience.
Very bad experience, order on 27 Mar one of the item out of stock. I told the seller to proceed with the remaining item, the out of stock item can send me later.
I order some cake but the cake deliver to me by motocycle without any chill facility, the cake reach me upside down, mess up n melted due to seller didn't take any action not even a single ice pack provide in the paper beg. Seller just throw all the bread n cake into paper beg that's all. N when eat the cake it taste sour and awaful, it might be due to the hot weather and the cake without any chill facility make it reach with spoilt condition. When i text seller to inform about the cake issue but the seller just ignore without even apologise. So think twice if you want to order any cake from them.
Now let's talk about the remaining out of stock item, seller not even bother to follow up at all. I have to follow up and asked them few times but the answer is all the while out of stock but from 27Mar until today 18 Apr i still yet to receive the out of stock item. And during this period all the time the item is available for sales on their website. Very bad seller, after sales totally not bother.
Think twice before u order from them.

My personal favourites would be the Sweet Potato loaves, burger buns and pumpkin cake, while my friends and families adore their red bean buns.
