Service was not good, staffs were rude and does not give enough time for me and my friend to finish our food. Staff takes back their words and does not explain clearly the penalties and fines.

Not bad. Very thin slices of meat. Variety of mushrooms, some vege. Garlic rice, steamed eggs, ice cream and drinks. Rm33.50 per pax. Satisfying.

Food is nice and meat are fresh, price are quite affordable, 38.80++ for unlimited chicken, pork and beef slices. Have to queue for the table but it was quite worth waiting. Friendly service and cozy environment, will definitely visit again! ;)

My experience here is unpleasant, I'm actually joining my friend eating here, my friends are taking the lowest package and I wanted to eat the beef so I want to take the Gold package and the rule here is if it's a different package you need to sit at other table. It's like separating my friends from me in which steamboat need to be enjoyed together. My personal view, this is my first and last visit.

The soup were okay, the service was not bad and always engaged with customer. They provided a good selection of sushi but there were lack seafood and no fish menu but for the price of RM33.40 included tax for pork and chicken set was quite worth the price. Thumbs up for thier oden, egg tards and their cleanliness in the food bars which they always keep it full and clean as possible ! Worth the try !

Food variety is reduced to cut cost. Kepong branch offers a wider range like sushi, dimsum, matcha ice cream, fuchok rolls, etc. People dining in can request for a 10% discount since all items are not available here which has been given to me. Reason given was ingredients for making sushi had finished when the aeon supermarket is right beside. Fuchok will only be served towards the beginning of the week, best of luck to you. The variety of food is reduced but the price isn’t. Staff were not friendly when dealing with the complaint. Don’t try to take advantage of ipoh people.

A CHEATING RESTAURANT!!! Went to AEON BIG, Falim, Ipoh on 27 Sep 2020 (SUN) with my daughter. Walked and passed by this restaurant. Saw its poster advertised "SHOW STUDENT CARD" will enjoy promotion price at RM19.90++ provided with condition, only select package rate at RM32.80++. Show β€œSTUDENT CARD” upon payment time but was rejected. The cashier (an Indian man) seems like so call the "Manager" given reason was...you need to show the student card upon entering NOT during payment time. The weird part is once they'd keyed in the system nothing can be adjusted. There was NO indication in the poster listed need to show student pass upon entering/before dining. Neither any of the restaurant staff approach & ask us upon entering the restaurant. Without any further argument, end up we paid normal price at RM32.80++/person which comes in a total at RM76.10nett. We gave feedback on the pork slices during making the payment but doesn't seems like taking care our feedback. Instead, a waitress (Chinese girl) can’t wait to do the scaling which left in the steamboat pot (nabe). She was excited & happy with the leftover food which caused us to pay the penalty. What kind of attitude?? We finished all except the pork slices only which had offensive odor. We paid for the leftover pork slices cost around at RM18+. Since we’d paid, we requested for a plastic bag neverless they are not providing and not even trying to help to look one for us. Instead, the "Manager" told us if we have own plastic bag we can go ahead & pack by own-self. Luckily, I found one from my bag and packed home for my neighbour's dogs. This will be the first & last for me to dine in this kind of cheating restaurant!!!
