★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt cheated by the non-transparency of staff when dealing with repair of jewellery. Did not measure weight nor length of chain (1 of a pair) before proceeding to take to the back (out of sight). After so called repair(attaching a hook) found the chain to be significantly shorter and weighing less than original.
