★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常感谢心灵导师给我10小时的心灵指导，让我重新快乐的面对我的生活，尤其是每次遇到感情这一块，好累，不知如何面对，一直告诉自己要乐观坚强面对，但其实我是把它给压抑了，而不是释放和解决，导致我很难跟自己爱的人沟通。
透过治疗后的我懂得怎么处理情绪，而不是压抑，忧郁也就这消失，而我变得勇敢，很快乐的做自己，自己本身也轻松了许多。我身边的人也因此跟我相处得舒适自在，他们也很快乐。
谢谢绣琳老师很用心的给予我这么多年受伤的心灵治疗，让我重新认识和接纳自己，好好的与我的心灵去相处。感谢??
I am very grateful to the spiritual mentor for giving me 10 hours of spiritual guidance, allowing me to face my life happily again, especially every time I encounter feelings, I am so tired, I don’t know how to face it, and always tell myself to be optimistic and strong. But in fact, I suppressed it, not released and resolved it, which made it difficult for me to communicate with the people I love.
After the treatment, I knew how to deal with emotions instead of depression, and the depression disappeared, and I became brave and happily be myself, and I also felt much easier. The people around me also get along with me comfortably, and they are also very happy.
