β β β β β Security treat tenants like if they were criminals and they never smile or show a friendly behaviour, of course excluding their chef he is very friendly and helpful. The management are very helpful and polite.

β β β β β Bad management staff which rude.. The staff Azila was sent email to me to INFORM me that to rectify the leakage problem but when asking for another date, staff Azila shouting and said cannot help on this. After I asked for manager, she said cannot pass phone call. And dare me to go management office to look for her.. Please other staff or manger who see this review reply me!
Disappointed!

β β β β β Lot of dust and dirt come in to the room even the windows are closed. Don't know whether is bad closure of windows or the construction of Emerald 9 opposite to this condo, also a bad place for those who works in KL because the route is traffic jam everyday

β β β β β Very bad mgmt service as I applied extra access card during move in and when I about to move out I email to mgmt as I want to return the access card but mgmt refused to return the deposit even I have the deposit resit (not sure if the mgmt only treat me like this or what), I feel not safe for you residence residents bcoz if they don't have this deposit return to those with extra access cards that means a lot of ppl won't take initiative to return when they move out, so a lot of outsiders will have this residence card they can simply break into you residence, during my stay in 1 Yr i did hear thr is theft break-in issue, plus the security guards are not friendly always yell at residents, and not helpful at all last time I have a big package that I need to carry alone and the guards saw it but not helping at all, and yell at me scare my big package will break the moset on the floor. Here a lot of Africans, they always sound like they are quarreling and they always like high rise loitering sorry I don't have the evidence bcoz when I saw it when I plan to capture they ady finish throwing it, and 31st floor always have polices visit as thr is some illegal activities. And the lift is damn slow, it will take ard 3 to 5 mins to wait the lift, even the 4 lifts in vacant but still need to wait a long time bcoz the lift move damn slow.
Becareful when you rent a house here need to check facing which as my side always can listen to the construction rhythm?ββοΈ?ββοΈ?
Good things is the rental is cheap for a big layout house and low occupancy rate.

β β β β β Management here so bad! They will ask residence either you are owner or tenant. They will treat you badly, ignore you, avoid you if you just rent here. Especially the malay girl at the counter named NUR ASHIKIN. Visitor parking in front of management office just for MANAGEMENT! visitor have to park outside at street. NO TOLERANCE, RUDE, CALCULATE EVERY SINGLE THINGS, NO MANNERS

β β β β β Nice pool however always on maintenance not sure why took months for the maintenance (until today cannot use). And one more is this condo doesn't have nearby cafe or restaurant especially halal food and need to order delivery.
