โ โ โ โ โ Very poor after sales service. Workmanship not good. After receiving the sofa found some defects. Contacted the sales manager who said will send his men to sort out the problem. did not hear from him after 2days then called him. he said he had some matter to deal with and will call me back but did not. then tried calling him again but never answered my phone calls. I was getting very frustrated and angry and decided to call my friend who recommended me to this company to call him.He answered my friend and said he will call me but he did not. I had to call him again and said he will come to see it. He took the sofa back to repair and i had to call him to enquire whether my sofa was ready to be delivered back to me. He said he had to check and call me back to let me know but never did. I had to call the Nepalese worker who delivered the sofa the first time to find out. He was polite and kind enough to check and promised to call me to let me know which he did. I did not check properly again after they left. When i turned the sofa over i found out that there is a gap of about 6- 8 inch not stapled in the bottom covering and also can see old sponge stuffing + some new sponge stuffing. The price quoted to me was for new sponge stuffing which he also showed me the sample. I feel very disappointed with the workmanship and i strongly do not recommend my friends to use the company anymore.Very poor after sales service.

โ โ โ โ โ Really unsatisfied by their services. Not professional and not responsive. I had to follow up with them at least 4 times to get an answer and then they change 4 times the slot scheduled and so on. They are not reliable and when I mention this, they don't even bother to reply. I don't recommend at all.
