β β β β β I had prolonged tension in my right thigh especially climbing up the stairs. It sucks for someone who likes to exercise. I am lucky to have the physiotherapists here on the journey of seeking treatment. My weak muscles are getting stronger after a few sessions of treatments and follow-ups. Now, I can run, jump and climb up to the hills. Penang Lang, you are blessed to have them!
