★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passport renewal took 40mins even though there’s only one guy in front. Terrible service from the staff, no acknowledgement whatsoever for the wait. Serious lack in communication. Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to print our daughter's photo who has gone back to our creator's home. These young chaps are very rude and arrogant. I kept my cool as it is having to deal with sadness. I just hope in good name of God and our daughter, these kids especially the one with coloured hair could one day take pride and joy with a little courteous when attending to customers. Am sorry having to rate 1 star based on this experience.

Can come here to take photo for your visa, they have references of the sizes required for each country.
