★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photo price RM23 for 4 piece. Photo taken looks horrible and on top of that need to pay RM10 for editing. I can do better on my phone. Customer service zero. Asked to retake the ugly photo also complain that the photo was 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked this particular shop due to its rave reviews but was absolutely disappointed at the staff's attitude upon arrival.
They were arrogant, impatient, and easily annoyed.
Their condescending behavior were displayed openly without an ounce of restraint nor consideration making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful. Maybe she should be the one manning the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is super long to even print 1 piece of photo. To make things worse, I had to pay for the printing error the guy made. Basically he color corrected my color tone and when he's done printing it, i pointed to him that i want it to be in the original tone which i originally shared. He simply told me "but you didnt tell me not to adjust the tone". When I asked him to re-print a new one with the original tone, he said "can, but you have to pay this one first".
Sure, the cost that i had to bear was a tiny sum but with this kind of attitude and service, I'd rather not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite exchanging emails, the end result is the same. It is a business that uphold its terms and conditions regardless of what happened.
To me, I was hospitalized and was only discharged one day later than the gown returning date. I find it super horrible and inhumane to get a penalty for being sick as if I wished to be one.
Anyhow, this is my personal review. I do think humanity, humility and professionalism is always above other things in running a company. It is your say if you wished to be like me or there are other choices available out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ price is really high compared to other shops. i had c41 films processed and scanned for RM39.90, compared to RM18 at Zontiga for the same service. The pictures turned out quite bad, although I’m not sure if it’s the camera’s problem. But i never had this problem when printing at other shops.
