物流慢服务态度差!!! 1. 进仓清关出货都用了特别长的时间 - 28/5 到仓库 4/7 都还没收到货 2. 诸多借口没有用心解决问题 - 原定派送货物当天司机迟迟没有联系我安排送货, 我便联系司机(司机A)了解情况. 司机A告诉我他被安排到KL送货, 我就联系了我的运单负责人. 大约1:30pm联系他, 他说会帮我联系仓库了解情况过后再答复我, 可是迟迟没有回复. 到了3pm仓库负责人联系我说司机A货车半路爆胎. 可是当我说我早已联系了司机A, 情况并不是货车爆胎, 而是被安排到KL送货, 她便360转弯说已经换了司机, 由司机B负责送货. 由此可见事实不是货车爆胎, 而是他们为自己掩饰错误找借口. 3. 就算我当作真的是临时换了司机, 但是他们也没有做好规划 (3/7 安排了司机A在 4/7 发货可是临时在 4/7 早上换了司机B, 原因是司机A的货车装不下我的货物?) 4. 事发后负责人并没有表达歉意也没有承认错误, 而是给了我很多借口推卸责任 这是我用过最差的运输公司, 服务态度极差, 不会再用这家!
Slow logistics and poor service attitude!!! 1. It takes a very long time to enter the warehouse, customs clearance and shipment-28/5 to the warehouse 4/7 have not received the goods 2. There are many excuses for not solving the problem-the driver had not contacted me to arrange delivery on the day of the original delivery, and I contacted the driver (driver A) to understand the situation. Driver A told me that he was scheduled to deliver to KL, I will contact The person in charge of my waybill. Contact him at about 1:30pm, he said that he will help me to contact the warehouse to understand the situation and then reply to me, but he has not responded to it. At 3pm, the person in charge of the warehouse contacted me and said that the driver A truck punctured halfway. But When I said that I had already contacted driver A, the situation was not that the truck had a flat tire, but that it was arranged to deliver to KL. She turned 360 and said that she had changed the driver, and driver B was responsible for delivery. Fetuses, but they make excuses for covering up their mistakes. 3. Even if I think I really changed the driver temporarily, but they did not plan well (3/7 arranged for driver A to ship on 4/7, but temporarily changed driver B on 4/7 in the morning, because the driver (A's truck can't fit my goods) 4. After the incident, the person in charge did not express apology or admit mistakes, but gave me many excuses to shirk responsibility. This is the worst transportation company I have ever used, and the service attitude is very poor, I will not use this again!
