★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently YES 4g has conducted strong marketing strategy at one of the media in Klang Valley. I felt pathetic to the spokesperson as he has to tell lies in the public.
The service is very bad, regardless of 4g or lte, the signal is very poor especially in the weekend.
I have terminate this service by fulfilled all requirements needed including full payment paid. However, I still receive notification to suspend my account due to outstanding reply. I have mailed & clarified with my reference number & confirmation on YES care but i do not receive any response till date.
I have called the care centre, the customer attendant hold my line with endless time whereby i still able to utilize this time to log a post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ signed up for was of 100Mbps but all I’m getting is 60+-Mbps (or less) which is totally unacceptable. And I’m facing regular disturbance, few hours a week.

Called in 20june 11.13am from Petaling Jaya, ytl please check your staff record.
The staff is with angry tone accuse me why don't change other power socket to make sure before calling.
Actually I just wanted to ask if no power should I send back to center, however ur Staff is keep talking over 5sentences and don't even stop while I replying. Until I gonna raise my voice volume said bye-bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't take this option.. You will regrate a lot. Firstly, the speed of the internet is too poor. Even for 2.5Ghz and 5Ghz. If u sit 2 meter near to the wifi then u can feel the speed. The customer care won't listen to you. Simply they neither upgrate your service nor help to get any solution.
Secondly, there are so many hidden charges. Like Early termination fee please read all documents if you have no other options available.
YTL is not allowing any other vendors to provide internate so that the inhabitants will use YTL broadband only.
If i could give 0 rating then i would but.. Leave it..
Please don't go for this option.. I have struggled a lot for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had with internet provider. Subscribed 300 mbps and get 6mbps with speed test. Called to CS, get told will rectify or upgrade backbone by 3 days. Two weeks since then, still slow. Please opt other provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our advise to everyone: pls consider other network providers...dont choose YTL unless you have no other choices at all!
we used YTL at first bcoz our condo can only install YTL, now we r going to switch to TIMES bcoz YTL has been horrible..
our most recent horrible experience started yest evening, when we had to switch from 5.0 to 2.4, and back to 5.0 constantly while watching Youtube, and this network instability continued to today afternoon! as of now its not been resolved, and we still have to switch from 5.0 to 2.4, and from 2.4 to 5.0, and from 5.0 to 2.4 whenever the network stops..
