β β β β β - Ordered madeleines set in 3 different flavors, but delivered all 3 in matcha flavor
- Remarked to have different desserts in different boxes, but all in one box
- Feedback to the store but no reply
- Limited choices and pricey

β β β β β Located right above The Sherry and only accessible via this iconic stairs, this cafe has very nice aesthetics!
But be prepared to be turned away due to the lack of sitting area. There are only about 7 tiny tea tables which accommodate about 20 pax at one go. They only serve desserts so donβt go expecting warm food! The drinks selection is similar to Niko Neko so itβs a plus for those in the areaβ¦ but regular supporters can give this a skip.
Tip: you can have your drinks sent to the cafe downstairs with more sitting capacity if youβre just there to enjoy the drinks.

β β β β β visited the Sherry before this and upon going up the outdoor stairs (the famous blue stairs you see on ig this is the only entrance, quite steep and tight), I found out that theyβre affiliated??
On brunch time Saturday, they had no cold brew drinks :( The pastries also looked sad. I tried their trio madelines and matcha bombolini. It all tasted quite decent to me actually, despite looking very SMALL. For the price I paid it is very not worth it. Very limited offerings.
Interior is quite pretty and you will enjoy how it looks like on the outside ? but itβs a very VERY TINY place. Not a good place for gathering with friends. I thought I could yumcha with my 3 friends, but really, the place meant for customers to yumcha with just 1 person I guess -_- If youβre planning to be loud or laugh, this is not the place for you to hang out. You can hear everyoneβs conversation itβs very awkward

β β β β β matcha latte is not bad, canele and cookie are still good but the pastry is a disaster. Look at the layering from the side, it is not fresh, doughy and not crispy at all. Got to step up the game!

β β β β β Here's a list why this cafe isn't the cafe that you expected and it take your money more than it's value:
1. We ordered yen and ren matcha which prices is quite different as you can see in the menu. Ren is much more expensive than yen and the cup is smaller. They are using neko matcha. I can say even when I went to niko neko shop, they'll give me the same amount of liquid or even much more.
2. Their white chocolate matcha cookie is good but look burn and not fresh. their coffee pound cake is small, hard and not a good texture at all.
3. They dont call your name when your order is done. so your water just literally melted on the counter.
I really recommend, if you want to chill and have GOOD DRINKS and snacks. just go to the shop below them, it's called The Sherry.
