β β β β β A very dedicated and responsible surgeon doctor, he was prompt and attended to us on time when my daughter she is a teenager was detected appendicitis early in the morning concern it would rupture the risk. My daughter just came to KL the second day for her summer holiday and we really did not expect it. He told me the surgery process Laparoscopic would only take 30 min very accurate with his statement prior to sending my daughter to the operation theatre, he followed up my daughterβs condition thru the hospitalisation care remind the nurses of what to do inclusive of the diet plan, told me to let my daughter sit up than lying to help her on her stomach muscle recovery. My daughter was able to go home the third day considered pretty fast in recovery, he reminded me of what kind of food to give to my daughter after going home. In the first check up after a week, he warned my daughter not to take flight now as the pressure from the plane can affect her inner intestinal and wound healing, he advised she can only fly two weeks later. In the second nd check up, my daughterβs operated wound has healed by half, Dr Yunus said good and she does not need to come again. He advised her can only do exercise after 4 weeks. We were fortunate to meet Dr Yunus, he is a great Dr and we are thankful to him. Now my daughter and I can fly back to our hometown to see the grandmothers, they have missed her a lot. Thank You Dr Yunus, we will miss You and Wish You All the Best! ???

β β β β β I am an SLE patient and had many complications due to gut involvement. Dr Yunus has been my surgeon since 2009. He places his patients medical needs as well as their general well-being as priority. He's always among the first to make his rounds in the hospital. Imagine your doctor coming to check up on you at 7am and then late in the evening before he heads home. That's the kind of care and commitment you'll expect from him. A true GEM.
