Fara is very friendly and help me throughout the qc process. Yup they have this policy which I think it’s great. Took sometime, but it’s fair for both parties.
I received my order within 7 days inclusive weekend. They also give me a little gift which I can use it daily.
I will definitely come back again. Thanks Samantha & Fara!
