★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant, clean environment. So far I’ve only been coming here for hair wash and blow. Ivy is really great at blow drying and styling my hair – my always turn out bone straight and smooth, soft ? Looking forward to do a few hair treatments there in the future ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazed by Edwin’s hairstyling skill, he chose the right hairstyle for me! A professional hair salon run by a group of young passionate team. The hairstylists here are “no nonsense type” and focus on the hairstyling. I’m comfortable with this place. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hair service, the looks of the salon is not your typical hair salon vibe it's very modern, artistic design "Cafe". Elaine is my hair stylist she's very good and understand the hair style I want. Even I couldn't see what kinds of hair style I want she knows what to cut for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A patron of the business. I always make appointment 2 - 3 days ahead of the visitation. Despite arriving early or on time it is common for me to wait around 10 - 30 minutes before it is my turn to cut my hair. However, I went for my appointment as usual one day and was late for 10minutes. I was informed by the staff that my slot was taken by a walk in customer, I am saddened that such an unfair treatment against me despite being their long time patron. I was attending an important event that night and forced to had my hair cut in an unfamiliar salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No warm welcome, straight to the business, well I'm okay with that. Took a stylist hair cut and the end result was 3/5, his hand was shaky during the whole process, not sure he is nervous or he is freezing due to air-conditioning. He listen to my comments and address my requirements. However, for that price, I have expected better customer experience and satisfaction. Ambiance is okay, cleanliness need improvement, hair cut, hmm.. depend on the hair stylist you choose. Will I go again? maybe not unless no other options available.
