★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indah khabar dari rupa sebenar. Tak pasti samada pemilik homestay ini tahu mengenai konsep kepuasan pelanggan. Tak sepatutnya pelanggan yang baru check-in kena bersihkan dalaman rumah. Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab pemilik homestay untuk pastikan tiada habuk, debu dan sawang2 dalam rumah apabila ada penyewa hendak check-in. Harga semalaman juga perlu berpadanan dengan usaha pemilik dalam memberi perkhidmatan sewaan. Peraturan dan syarat kemasukan yang ditetapkan oleh pemilik bertaraf 5 bintang tetapi pakej yang ditawarkan tak cecah pun 1 bintang. Maaf kepada bakal pelanggan yang berhasrat untuk menyewa kerana saya tak mahu share gambar sebenar keadaan rumah ini. Harapan saya agar pemilik homestay ini berlapang dada menerima teguran pelanggan dan berusaha keras untuk perbaiki kelemahan. Potensi ada kerana kedudukan yang strategik tetapi jika tiada kesungguhan dari pemilik maka ianya pasti tidak akan berhasil. Jana lah pendapatan secara jujur maka pasti In Sha Allah akan digandakan.
Good news from the real look. Not sure if the owner of this homestay knows about the concept of customer satisfaction. Customers who have just checked in should not have to clean the inside of the house. It is the responsibility of the homestay owner to ensure that there is no dust, dust and sawang2 in the house when there are tenants who want to check in. Overnight prices should also match the efforts of the owners in providing rental services. Admission rules and conditions set by the 5 star owner but the package offered does not even reach 1 star. Sorry to potential customers who intend to rent because I do not want to share the real picture of the condition of this house. My hope is that the owner of this homestay will be open to receiving customer reprimands and work hard to improve the weaknesses. The potential is due to the strategic position but if there is no seriousness from the owner then it will definitely not work. Generate income honestly then surely In Sha Allah will be doubled.
