Irresponsible attitude.
Never use this firm as you'll get so frustrated following up with them.
If there is any negative star I wouldn't hesitate to give a negative 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to arrange for signing on Thursday 23/10 in sales gallery, however, no one inform about the cancellation.
Then on the same day I received the imsg from one of the staff asking my availability for signing on tuesday ( they didnt even mentioned about the specific date) and ask me to go their office for signing.
Such an unprofessional way. 1st, there is no one call up or inform about the cancellation of signing at all, even until now there is no one from the firm call me regarding this. 2nd, the channel of asking for signing thru Imessage??? RIDICULOUS! At least you guys can message, whatsapp or even call for checking with me on the signing date and time.
Such a big firm,pls, do maintain the quality that you are suppose to have, and not this kind of unprofessional way to treat your client. THANK YOU!
