★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Zain Johnson & Associate. Because of your "excellent service" i've been charged 11K for the late payment charges (initially 25K). Pemilihan lawyer yang sangat tepat dari developer. put one star because the transaction is completed. but the time taken really SUCKS..
And i wonder how they improved their service very quickly.. Ke sekarang dah wajibkan client bg good review?? Hehe. . (edited 22.9.2018)tiba2 semua bg 5 star.. Biar betul...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold my property using this lawyer service, very bad service, the consent approval given much earlier but late follow up delay the whole thing , i received my money after more than 1 year after sign SnP. Now the closing is not properly being done i dont even receive yet my late payment claim. 4863/07-17/spa/js. Strongly not recommended. Very bad !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Slow, unresponsive, sloppy, lots of errors here and there. Delays and more delays. Excuses after excuses.
Way passed deadline for handover and still no end in sight.
Stay away from this firm at all cost!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ introduce by agent expecting to be smooth & easy process but turn out very bad service, not responsive, no updates, lot of excuses & not really help trough the process even though spa & loan fee is expensive.
not even deserve 1 star at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service desk person ever, with bitter voice intonation, not helping, leaving a message never reach the person, don't work at front desk if you are too bitter to answer the phone lady. I work liaise with many peoples and vendors too, but never heard such a bad receptionist like this. And the fee charges is expensive, I got no choice because my banker appoint them as lawyer. Verbally call give me the quotation with funny figure amount not according to my house purchase price. Ask me to come there and sign it blindly. So I call again to postpone the day and leave a msg to give me the quotation via email, waiting for 2weeks and chased few time via email. Finally got the mail with someone else bill (can detect sloppy work here). Will definitely call again next Monday and I hope can settle it soonest.
