β β β β β True that the satay is big, very hearty, kuah kacang is average, the price is 3RM per stick of lamb and 1.20RM for chicken...otherwise the goreng guys menu is extensive and tasty.

The so good peanut sauce added to the deliciousness of the whole satay..
There is 2 satay kiosk of theirs there . One in the corner, one opposite 7e.

β β β β β There could be better satay places out there, but for me this is the best satay Iβve had in town. The pieces of chicken in the satay are generous, it is tender and criminally cheap (RM1 each). The beef are also juicy, with at least a bit of fat in each skewer to bolster the flavour. The chicken liver is charred, smoky and soft to the bite.
Zaini Satay is a hidden gem. The service is also quick, warm and no matter how many skewers youβre getting, the order is right. They tend to give you extra nasi impit as well out of generosity. The only drawbacks for me is that the peanut sauce is sweet, but this is coming from an Indonesian. Also, there is no tandas, so donβt eat too much mmmk.
