With smile and warm heart, she handle with professional manners, i believe she is super good in creating good experience towards other customers too! keep it up!

β β β β β What an arrogant staff there mostly. Treat certain customers with courtesy based on looks and color.
Zara brand is ok but the staff hired some has bad attitude.

β β β β β Really nice there is discount this week. Make sure you fully vaccinated to get in. Really nice place to buy clothes. 2 floors. 1 for women and 1 for kids and men. Because of pandemic only open the gate from the women clothes floor only.

The staffs are friendly, helpful, very attentive, always rush trying to help the customers.
This Zara store at myTown are spacious.
Every single time i asked something, the staffs always..always help sincerely..??

β β β β β There are 2 chinese staffs (1 male 1 girl) very arrogant! very bad attitude even customer didnβt do anything wrong or act bad, just courtesy customer, but they give the face like ? every time when customers walk into fitting room
that chinese tall guy even speaks loudly saying he prefer those customers purchase without going inside the fitting room!
What an arrogant staff there mostly. Especially those chinese staff

β β β β β My experience wasnβt so great.
One staff member told me off for touching an item in the window display. Fair enough. But he didnβt offer to help me find what I was looking for. He didnβt offer to get a staff member to help me. He just told me off and went back to messing around on the iPad at the front of the store. He was also wearing one of the manager coats, so I would expect some level of customer service from a senior staff member. I told him so and he just said sorry and again didnβt offer to help me.
Other staff were okay, some friendly and helpful, mostly not.
I would say some training needs to be done there.
