★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to the shop with my wife to picked up our online order.(6pm, 3rd May 2021).When we asked the guy at the counter to provide us with paper bag (he asked us to opened the box) then he just campak2 je the shirt inside the paper bag. We dont mind to pay for ppr bag if he asked us. Hello we didnt spent for rm10 rm20 that you want to campak2 our tshirt. The garments cost us more than rm700. Very bad service.Although we love Zara but his attitude is totally unacceptable. Just because now is Ramadhan, we forgive you zara and that guy, but we will never forget. You deserve u no star for this time:(
