★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy , unnerving and completely ignorant of customer service , took my mother Whois on a wheelchair there at 530pm when they close at 730pm , he rejected us on the pretext they r full when clearly he was just cutting one persons hair , and other 4 seats were just empty .
This kind of racist and “ special preference “ salon owner must be boycotted .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A late ranting however feel need to say as i am really frustated. Went for rebonding service on last year dec paid around rm250-+. I am a person who does rebonding for 17 years since age of 20. Hve been to many saloon expansive cheap i nvr had issue with my hair getin straight. Only the 1st time i did a my hair is really curly i was asked to cum twice n the end result silky straight hair. After tht past 17 years i had no issue with rebonding at all. But here 1st time thy claim my hair not ok hard to straight tis n tht ended with fake like hair despite rebonding. Whn asked thy requested me to cum again n yes i did. I paid extra rm50 for better medicine s per them n alas SAME result!! Every day i hve straight my hair with iron myself orelse no my hair dun luk like i did rm300 rebond ! VERY DISSAPOINTED. WASTE OF MONEY.
