Walked in to the shop for a simple request of making 2 custom made stickers. The staff was reluctant to attend and understand the request of customer (supposedly because the order is small). Requested to call me when the staff himself is free, did not receive any call from them despite left my phone number with them. Walked in for 2 days in a row and request is still not entertained. Staff was reluctant to also produce quotation over our request. In the end, I had to walk in again to provide them all the necessary measurements.
Regardless, the manager called to explain the situation, which i can partially agree with what is explained. Thus, seeing the sincerity of the manager to contact unsatisfied customers, show that they are somewhat serious about customer service. Thus i believe a 3-star review is a fair one.
