★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to stitch my wedding blouse and they ruined it so phenomenally to the point where I had to take it to another tailor who had to rework the whole blouse from scratch (this was the week before my wedding). The blouse was so ill fitting, alignment was not right and it just didn’t sit well on me. They are very arrogant, especially the owner. Did not even bother to give me a reimbursement. It was just poor customer service throughout the entire ordeal. Can you imagine having ruined someone’s wedding attire and not having the courtesy to be apologetic about it? It was a horrible experience!! I paid so much for nothing. At the end only the embroidery was salvageable. Please look elsewhere and save yourself the headache and trouble if you’re looking to stitch your attire here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs really not friendly at all. We went there 9.30pm and they was like not treating us properly at all n their full intention was to chase us away as they want to close the shop. They should tell us as pls come tmrw nicely. We just enter as the shop was open. The way the girl showed her face to us while we was discussing smtg really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and long waiting period. Simple bride saree blouse is not taken because it’s too simple and the tailor for simple saree blouse is not available.
When I booked an appointment here prior coming, this was not mentioned earlier.
Lengha stitching was also not taken due to tailor is going to India.
If you can’t provide a good service please do not waste the customer’s time as this could have been avoided when the appointment was booked via phone .
