★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took out 1 star because of the stall cleanliness and arrangement. Ues they have great spaces for outdoor dining but looks messy. Inside looks great and comfy. Do need to endure some strong incense from their strategically positioned chinese Altar table. If you vision a line parting the stall from the shop. You may find 2 standards. Anyway i hope you understand what i mean.
They will push you to take package. Say its cheaper to take sets of 2 half boiled eggs and a set of toast bread (free coffee) for RM5.50. Im not sure the saving but hot damn i would go there every morning for this set.?
Not sure why but google makes it hard to go there when it shouldnt be. This area is getting some commercial value compared to last time and more F&B is revived. Do check out this area hope the near by shops revamp and make it look more decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kopi Cham is cheap. Only rm2.20 per glass. Quite a few stalls and service was pretty fast. The curry wantan mee I ordered was tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the roti bakar and kopi "c" and turned out to be very good. Kopi "c" is RM2.40. The coffee shop helper (afternoon shift) is very helpful and efficient. Wanted to try the White Curry Laksa but it happened to be their rest day (rest on Tue). Was told that the beef noodle stall is no longer in operation. Opted for Taiwanese crispy chicken with noodles. No regrets at all. Have also tried the Taiwan shredded chicken with rice (RM8) from the same stall. Equally tasty. The claypot chicken (RM8) is really good and value for money. The same stall also offers fried fishhead noodle. A good portion of fish and no fish ones at all. However houseflies may be a turn off for some, so be prepared for it. Also have robotic delivery system
