โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst online website I have ever experienced and my first time giving a negative review publicly.
I originally ordered 13 items in total but only 10 were delivered. I have had to call them in order to tell them that they are 3 items short and to ask for a refund. They do not even have any idea which of the items I am missing.
And then after 23 days I had to call and ask when they will be able to provide me with a refund, but the manager said she had no idea as apparently the headquarter is very busy !
If they are so truly so busy then they should probably just stop selling online!
