At the same period of time, they actually offer different rates (Difference as high as RM2K per month) to different potential tenants; They don't process rental applications on ''first come first serve'' basis - they rather hold or even reject those that had agreed with their lower offered rental rate, while expecting the other one which they have offered a higher rental rate but yet to confirm tenancy with them. Poor business ethics.
