β β β β β At or about 1520, we arrived at the restaurant entrance wanted to have a table for 2. As there was no hostess at the entrance and we approached a female staff with veil and in black jacket, she walked toward us from her working cubicle with menu on hand and passed us to a male server. The Male server followed at our back instead of led us to the table. Seated at the desired table and Izzul dropped by to ask for drink without giving us time to browse thru the menu. After several minutes, we call for assistance for menu ordering and this process was handled by Izzul, a Mediterranean Salad and a Minty a concoction mixed juice was order however my friend wasnβt sure about the dressing on the salad and asked Izzul about that. Sadly he wasnβt sure as well he said will check and revert. Shortly after my friend placed the order Izzul turned to me for my order and I ordered a pumpkin cream soup, a medium rib eye steak with baked potatoes and brown gravy and a star fruit juice. And Izzul didnβt come back with the dressing for my friend.
Drinks arrived 10 minutes after we ordered! The Male server without name tag came to our table and asked us if we ordered these drinks as we wanted to make sure of which drink belongs to who as it is of the same colour. However the server again wasnβt sure as well. He went back and forward to the bar counter for verification and came back to serve us finally.
Izzul brought us some breads. 5 minutes after the bread service he brought me my pumpkin soup. I tasted the soup for the first time however the soup was served warm instead of hot. And it was sour and weird which was not supposed to be. And I asked my friend to confirm again the taste we both think that the pumpkin soup shouldnβt tasted sour. We called Izzul for verification and he took away the soup and didnβt get back to us until my main course arrive. I cut thru the steak and the doness of the steak was not as what I requested medium. Again I called Izzul for another verification. I showed him the steak and asked him was it medium according to my order? He couldnβt answer. It was completely welldone ! He said he already informed the kitchen staff that my steak should be cooked medium.
Both of my items were served badly out of my expectation.
My friend followed up again with his salad after 2 of my dishes served but not eaten. Eventually he got his salad after 5 minutes of follow up but again the salad ingredients as mentioned on the menu was not served as actual. The slices chicken breast was substitute with some sort of chicken ham without earlier inform.
My friend looked for the restaurant person in charge or the chef but to no avail. He stood up and walked to the counter and finally Mohan approached our table to find out what exactly happen. We told him over again of what had happen. He extended his apology but he wasnβt empowered to recover the service and asked us to give him sometime to check with the kitchen team. We rejected as we donβt want to waste our time over an indecisive decision. On the other hand the female staff in veil came back to our table with a fruit platter as service recovery. But we refused to have it. We told him to cancel all our orders and asked him to validate our parking ticket as we wanted to leave the restaurant. He was trying to convince us to stay back and let him at least to solve the glitch. But we rejected.
We choose to dine in mainly after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor however it was completely a disaster. The entire dining experience was totally out of what it has been reviewed. Being a Marriott bonVoY member I think the service is not on par according to the standard ! On the other hand, staffsβ product knowledge were bad as they donβt even know what their selling. Training really needed to brush up the service.

β β β β β Very disappointing buffet dinner. The main course was roast beef but there was nothing left and when we asked if they would make more. The answer was NO, other dishes were only refilled upon complaining to the manager. The selection is very limited and you're better off going to Le Meridian across the road.

β β β β β I have alacarte dining here as buffet is only occasionally opened due to mco taste and presentation are good recommend nasi goreng with ayam rempah grilled lamp and mushroom soup comfortable environment less guests good service but be prepared to pay a high car parking fee

β β β β β Best buffet that I try so far. This was my first time visit that place and already satisfy about their food. There were many choices of menu that you can try in this restaurant. If you want to eat seafood, curry, tom yam and more. You can eat whatever you want until full. Beside that, they also prepare a dessert. such as cake, donuts, jelly, ABC Ice and more. So, after you eat all of the food that you want to try. You can try their dessert to. The environment in that place also nice, clean and the furniture arrange in neatly. Moreover, the service that been provided also good. Its like a 5 star hotel hospitality. All of the staff are sporting, friendly, helpful and faster. The price of the goods also still at average level. The decoration of the restaurant also nice and unique. I like they style decorate their restaurant. its give me more comfortable and increase my appetite to eat there.

β β β β β Best buffet I've ever been. Been here several times with my friends. Couldn't get off this place outta my mind though. The environment is superb, decorations of the restaurant is really neat, put a touch of grandeur makes it more unique on its own way.
Loved the cuisines here. There are various types of foods, from local to exotic types. Loved the Croissant and prawn. Steak was a bit juicy, make it more juicy if you can. Libations were pretty great. Really satisfied with everything here.
Service was nice. Staffs were fast, kind, helpful and friendly. Professional is their motto for work I guess. Great management. Price was average but worth to spend though. Highly recommend to have a luxury kinda lunch, dinner, hi-tea or whatever you desire. Definitely will come again :D

β β β β β I arrived here with high hopes of obtaining a high-quality meal, but instead, my family was served hard-stone overdried chicken and subpar Hawaiian pizza. My wife struggled to cut the chicken into small pieces, causing me to become very exhausted, especially since it was my special day. Thank god that my daughter adores mayonnaise. Our server, Christopher, got things off to a good start in terms of customer service.
