โ โ โ โ โ Been there with my friend before this. Unfortunately the staff there is not friendly. We come from shah alam just to buy ur shoes with our messy outfit (whoscare?) . The staff treat us like we can't afford to buy that shoes ?. Very diff treat compare to others with a good looking outfit. My advice is don't judge a book by its cover. My friend also rich ya?. We still want to buy from you because you sell a unique design. May u success in future . Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ Second time I've brought from Zeve and no complaints in the slightest. Superb quality shoes, good customer service and very helpful. Quick delivery as well. Under a week to the UK. Brilliant. The only place Il but shoes from, from now on.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a pair of wingtip brogues from them about a year ago. Very very stiff leather that hurts your foot. I initially thought it would soften as time goes by, but just recently, the leather tore at the heels, and yet it is still as uncomfortable as the day I bought them .

โ โ โ โ โ Shoes are great BUT bad in service. Purchase 2 shoe via Web portal, fully paid but after 1 week still did not received any delivery info. Contacted zeve, saying that 2 shoes I bought is pre order!!!! If pre order please put in Web clearly and why are you still allow people to buy? Than they say a week later stocks only will arrive but than again it was delay without being informed, text them again saying stocks will arrived this week. Come to my surprise again 1 out of the 2 shoe I bought is not available and ask me to change!!!! I change to another lower item but no refund is given back. Give a second thought if you guys wanna purchase from this bad type of service experience guys.. My 2 cents thoughts.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service. Went to the store today, however had to wait more than 30 minutes in the hot outside and no seats were provided. Only limits to 7 customers in the store even though it has been in the endemic phase and to me the size of the store could accommodate more customers inside. More employees than customers fill the store space and let customers wait long time outside. Their employees treat us like beggars and have no money. Eventually left the store and the bad treatment was given and you have lost customers who want to support you.

โ โ โ โ โ The shoes design is nice, the owner have the international taste. However their customer service suck ! Late response and very bad attitude in entertain the customer. If you think that your brand will go to international then you are wrong! Please have at least have a good manners in terms of customer service. Attitude come first. Without good attitude your business will never go far. Iโm been support your brand since 2017 and had bought 4 pair of collection till now. As far i can see your staff attitude haven't improve it yet. Take it easy and take this comment for your reference. Will support you again once your attitude is good back . โ โ โ โ โ Ordered via web and opt for pick up. Warm welcome and friendly attitude by the staff. Fitting the shoes upon pick up, and so far it fits perfectly. Nicely designed and classy look. Havenโt try on for walking just yet. Hope itโs fine.

? In terms of comfort, depends on design, some of the old designs the leather are quite hard, you'll take sometime to break the leather and then, boom maximum level of comfort.
But the newer design, the comfort is there.
