Thier policy is changing their employees and certain partners annually. It's fine by that, but without proper communication, the management left my parents (landscape and maintenance business), who has been their partners for a couple of years confused, not knowing to continue go to ZF for maintenance or not as they stop communicating with them totally without any notice.
Hopefully the management can address this issue and make improvement accordingly.
