★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in Langkawi recently and found this shop by chance. Bought back variety of food for a group of 9 and the price was very reasonable + food was tasty. Workers were pleasant and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zhong Hua Lou Seafood Restaurant is an old
looking restaurant towards the end of Pantai Cenang (most northern). The food is good and the cost of the food is reasonable. They are famous for their seafood such as prawns, crab, fish and etc. This is what we think about the food we ordered:
Stir fry lettuce = got “wok hei”
Fried rice = wok hei and tasted pretty good with seafood
Cheese prawn = very fresh and delicious
Salted egg crab = the crab is very fresh but I think crab would be nicer if it cook with something more sauce such as buttermilk or sweet and sour (next time we will try other flavor)
I think a good restaurant to stop by if you are visiting Langkawi and especially at the Pantai Tengah area.

The prices are on the menu. When paying, they write down in details, this meal how much, that meal how much.
Have indoor and outdoor seating area.
Need to go early to avoid crowd.
Accept debit card and cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food are great, especially their fried salted egg sotong! Highly recommended. 4 dishes with tiger beer cost us RM 77. Don’t come with empty tummy, there is 10 - 20 minutes of waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best food ever in Langkawi. Cozy little place opposite the Park Royal Hotel right at the end of the Pantai Cenang (Jalan Sehala) shopping strip. We had Thai style Fish Fillets. And the fillets just melted in your mouth. A new experience and far better than any of the larger glitzier restaurants all along the strip. Assam Prawns were perfectly balanced in their sauce and tenderly cooked. Outstanding. Oyster omelette was great too. Beer, Rice and Tea and 3 beautiful dishes came out to RM63. 50.
At that price for the quality of food we received it felt like we were stealing. So good food this place will be remembered by us for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was recommended by one of the hotel staff as we wanted to try something locals will go for. One of the best decision we ever made. The food was cheap and flavorful, especially their seafood. Even though they were understaff, but the lady staff still takes her time to explain to us whats on the menu, and suggest us what to eat. The food was so good that we ate twice here for our whole trip in langkawi. Will definitely come back again.
