β β β β β Raymond Yii - Reluctant to show up as promised during the tenant handover process, call and text numerous times no pick up. i can understand that the tenant is difficult to handle, but reluctant to pick up call from your direct client is truly unacceptable. This is not the right way being a property agent - very unprofessional!!
