★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there asking if I can do a balayage or an ombré with ash toned colour. They said I had to bleach twice without warning me about anything. About how I need to maintain with purple shampoo or how it’ll damage my hair badly. They have zero skills for bleaching and determining where to bleach for ombré hair. The owner is so rude, he gave me a price range of RM1** and he said RM2** with treatment. They did zero consulting with what I can do with my hair, practically zero salon skills. I didn’t even get treatment for my damaged hair. Spent four dreadful hours there with very bad service.
The ‘best’ part was I couldn’t even communicate with the hairdresser coz he only speaks Mandarin. All he did was nod and go on with the bleaching. I almost cried when he continued bleaching my hair. Not to mention the spiteful owner who is rude and not friendly at all. Totally report them to KPDNK for this. Very bad salon. If I can give minus stars, I would

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the service quality. They guy cutting my hair was talented. It just tht the fare listed to be rm38 for men haircut + wash, but he charged me for rm50. I mean dude...your customer can read. Urgh..Annoying. Be civilise pls. Won’t come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with the service I got, super friendly and got my hair cut according to how I requested. Rm 35 for cut + wash, to me it’s reasonable idk bout others. Will defo come again.
