★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was very nice, very clean, food was very good. Love the environment which is quite rare in Terengganu (you can barely find cafes this nice in Terengganu, I think ?)
One thing could be improved:
Ordering process is not convenient. You have to queue to order, the only menu available is the one on the counter. I think providing menus at every table and some sort of form for ordering. This can avoid customers wasting time to queue with people buying cakes etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place is nice. CASH ONLY. coffee is not bad. carrot cake is good. the black forest is disappointing. had better ones in the other branch. this one here taste like a failed student’s black forrest cake. too dense. no berries at all. bland taste. id rather go to the other branch.
