★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items are good in quality and mostly affordable. unfortunately the staff quite rude! Arrive at the store approximately arround 9:10PM, having no idea what time they'll be closing, so my friend and I just enter the store since there were few customers inside. after about 5 minutes browsing the clothes, then suddenly some of the staff start shouting among them "Jom-jom nak balik dah! nak balik dah!" like a sarcastic signal to us customers in the store indicate that they are actually closing. Not only me and my friend, but there's still few customer on the second floor. Then the staff start switching off the lights from one end to another. I saw 1-2 customers from upstairs in rush coming down to the counter. Indeed that is the most UNPROFESSIONAL way to inform customers that they're closing at the moment. They made customers feels embarrassed and they were like chasing the customer out! Plus, they can clearly see us coming in earlier, if they're actually closing, why can't they just tell us earlier. To the management, of you read this, Please.. find a proper and professional way with full of courtesy if you need to tell customers that you're closing. not just by shouting with full of sarcasm.
