★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an Almost complete skateboard from their website for my kid. Zone5 shipped it the very next day. We are so happy to have received it the 3rd day, and more so because it is lockdown time.
The skateboard is in excellent condition. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of items, friendly staff, but prices are higher than the Website, which is not so nice. When you buy a board, you pay extra for grip and extra to get it installed, I've never seen that anywhere. Also, unfortunately, this is the worst grip job I've seen, should have done it myself really, just did not have a good knife. There was a huge bubble in the grip tape and it's not well cut out all around to the point where the griptape is taking off. For a new board, would advise to just go somewhere else if at all possible. For anything else, just don't look at the Website and go there and see for yourself, they have a lot of gear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to return a shoe size and swap it for another size as it didn't fit me as I purchased it from their webstore. The whatsapp admin from the number on the instagram page simply said "sorry can't". I explained I only wanted the same model but in a different size and Ill even come to the shop. He replied "sorry can't change anything". Talk about flexibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended especially for new Skaters. Walked into the store and no greetings/smile from staff. Not even a, "Hello, how can I help you?" only judgy looks. From all these other low Google reviews, don't bother visiting, since after so many years they don't change their attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please send your staffs to CUSTOMER SERVICE class/training cause your staffs really need it. Rude and no manner at all. Judgy look to customer also one of your staff's favorite. Also next time please put a note or advise your customers if you would like to have a rest/break so customers know. Not when we enter the shop and we already asked few things then you said "actually now is our lunch time" what is your purpose telling us all this after we enter the shop? You can say it when we want to enter your shop before we scan Mysejahtera apps. Please improve your service, if you don't know how, there is a lot of TRAINING COMPANY will help you for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long time customer and while I can't deny that their service was lacking over the past few years, I think Zone 5 has improved their customer service and interaction tremendously over the course of the pandemic.
They respond almost immediately to my enquiries on Instagram, and my experience in the shop was okay overall when I bought a pair of Etnies Marana last week.
Do give them a chance and experience it for yourself before you make a conclusion based on the past reviews – I personally think they have improved a lot ?

I only come here once every few years and when I visited recently, it was what I had expected - shop was closed when it should be open.
Waited two hours for them to finish their "break", and when I came back it was near closing time and it was the same kids.
And they had the audacity to tell me to leave because they were closing.
FIRST REVIEW (2 years ago):
Pros:
•Great range of skate products at a reasonable price (DLX, NHS, Primitive, Lakai, Emerica, etc.)
•Frequent discounts
Cons:
•The customer service is lacking and needs improvement
•The store was closed at 11am despite the opening hours at 10am - 10pm. I had to wait for almost half an hour
•The location of the store can be difficult to find for new shoppers
•Some products are old stocks from 5 years ago
